CE Consulting & Media Limited Terms and Conditions

  1. Acceptance

Our workshops and events are operated by CE Consulting & Media Limited. These terms and conditions, together with the website description sales page is the agreement between you and CE Consulting & Media limited. By booking a ticket, you accept these terms and conditions.

  1. Chichi Eruchalu Workshops

2.1. Participants on a workshop should be 18 or over.

2.2. An application by you for attendance on a workshop may be subject to written acceptance by Chichi Eruchalu. We reserve the right to refuse an application for attendance.

2.3. In order to get the most from the event you should ensure you arrive promptly and attend each session in full.

2.4. Where your conduct is unacceptable (in my reasonable opinion), We reserve the right to request that you leave the workshop. No refund of fees will be made.

2.5. Chichi Eruchalu reserves the right to change the venue and make minor changes to the timing and content of any workshop.

  1. Fees

3.1. If a deposit has been paid, deposits are non-refundable except as set out under Refunds and Cancellations or where your application to attend a workshop is not accepted by us.

3.2 Any extra drinks purchased not included in your workshop price, photocopying or taxi fees will be covered by you and not Chichi Eruchalu.

  1. Refunds and cancellation

4.1. Due to the nature and planning of my events, refunds are currently not available.

4.2. Bookings are not transferable to another date for another retreat. Your reservation is transferable if you find your own replacement for the workshop you have paid for. It is not our responsibility to find you a replacement if you can no longer attend. Payment arrangements will need to be made between you and your replacement for reservations already paid.

4.3. We reserve the right to cancel any workshop at any time prior to its commencement. Except as set out in clause 4.4 below, we will repay any fees received from you in respect of the relevant workshop/event or you can transfer your booking to an alternative event. Please note that we will not refund travel costs for cancelled Retreats.

4.4. There is no entitlement to a refund where we are forced to cancel part or all of an event due to reasons beyond our reasonable control. However, refunds may be paid at our discretion.

4.5. We regret that we cannot offer refunds where we have to change speakers or venues.

  1. Feedback and Complaints

5.1. Our events are designed to provide an enjoyable quality experience for those attending. In the event of a complaint please make your complaint in writing and email to support@chichieruchalu.com within 7 days of the event ending. We will take any complaint seriously and aim to investigate and respond as quickly as possible and in any event within 28 days.

  1. Liability & Damages

6.1. Nothing excludes or limits our liability for personal injury or death due to its negligence.

6.2. Please ensure you take care of your personal possessions as we cannot accept any liability for them.

6.3. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you or any equipment or personal belongings brought onto the property by you resulting from any events which are beyond our reasonable control.

6.4. Subject to the above, our liability to you is limited to the fees you have actually paid for the relevant workshop or event.

  1. Data

We will hold your data in accordance with our privacy policy, and will use the information you have provided for the purposes of contacting you with information relating to future workshops and events, and to conduct analysis for the purposes of providing further, relevant events.

  1. General

8.1. The Contract contains all the terms agreed between you and CE Consulting & Media Limited

8.2. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties agree that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to this agreement.
